First All Needed 

1. Download Samsung USB Driver 
2. Download Samsung FRP ADB Tool’s 
3. Download Samsung  ADB File Enable 
4. Download Odin v3.12.3

Fallow Step by Step 

Step 1.)

1. All Download file Extract in 1 folder
2. Install Samsung Driver in your computer laptop/desktop
3. Download mode samsung j3 pro ( Hold vol- + Home + Power and click 1 time vol+
4. Open Odin v3.12.3 find Samsung J7 (J710GN) ADB File and load in AP Only
5. Click Start and wait Until Done

Your phone now Usb Debugging enable adb Go To Step 2

Step 2.)

1. Now Open Samsung FRP ADB Tool’s
2. Connect your Phone to Usb 
3. Type Yes or Y and press enter
4. Now activate your phone and finally remove account
